Introduction

In order to reach web interface on Xfinity modem configured in bridge mode the support article advises to connect directly with the ethernet cable: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/wireless-gateway-enable-disable-bridge-mode.

If you are disabling bridge mode, this device must be connected to your Gateway with an Ethernet cable.

This can be avoided if the router supports adding static routes.

Configuration example for Ubiquiti console

Launch network controller application (version 6.5.53 as of the date of publication), click Settings, Advanced Features, expand Advanced Gateway Settings, and click on Create a new static route.
